| | Last week, I didn't have that much time to exercise. I have been busy with work and other errands for the house. Hopefully, I have time to play racquetball and run a mile or two this week. Also, I took the Labor Day Weekend off my work since there isn't that much activity going on. I can't wait for the Newport Beach Triathlon that's coming up for next month. I'm very much excited about the future triathlons that are coming up in the near future. |
